Exchange 2007 move mailbox fails with ErrorCode="-2147467259"
Hi all
I have built a complete infrastructure in Hyper-V to simulate an Exchange upgrade from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010. There are three sites (2 with DC, 1 with RODC) separated by routers, all fully connected and replicating properly.
There are three Exchange servers, one in each site, with Exchange 2007. There are 995 user accounts, currently all on the first Exchange server. I need to move mailboxes around to reflect the appropriate distribution of users in the three sites. However whenever
I try to move the mailboxes I get the following error...
<Result IsWarning="False" ErrorCode="-2147467259">MapiExceptionNetworkError: Unable to make admin interface connection to server. (hr=0x80040115, ec=-2147221227) Diagnostic context: ...... Lid: 12514 Win32Error: 0x5 Lid: 16280 dwParam: 0x5 Msg: EEInfo:

In addition, when I am logged into Server A and attempt to connect to the database on Server B or C, I get the following error...
Warning:
ERROR: Could not connect to the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service on server EX-Vancouver.Florentine.com. One of the following problems may be occurring: 1- The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service is not running. 2- There is no network connectivity
to server EX-Vancouver.Florentine.com. 3- You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this command. The following permissions are required to perform this command: Exchange View-Only Administrator and local administrators group for the target server.
4- Credentials have been cached for an unpriviledged user. Try removing the entry for this server from Stored User Names and Passwords.
I can confirm that:
A) All IS's are running
B) There is excellent network connectivity and all domain data is replicating in a timely manner.
C) I am logged on as Administrator and havefull Enterprise Admin rights.
D) There are no cached credentials that I can find anywhere.
I don't know where to go from here. I have seen a few postings aobut this, but not reference a clean Ex2K7 install.
HELP!!!
Thanks

Are you able to ping to server B & C from Server A?
Do you have placed separate DC(RODC is not helpful) in each site where exchange server resides?

Make sure all ports are open particularly 443 to and from.
